All the users (i.e. Students, faculty members etc.) are advised to monitor their accounts (issue/ return/ fine etc) regularly from the system installed on the library entrance. They may check their account through the OPAC under the patron option in the library management software (Libsys).
They are also advised to check their transactions every time in the OPAC. If any discrepancy is found, please report immediately to the librarian in writing, there will be no consideration on the matter if discrepancy is not reported immediately. |
